Florida Oncology and Hematology and American Oncology Network Open Second Naples Location and Welcome Dr. Deborah Glick

Board-certified hematologist Deborah Glick, MD, joins the physician team.

NAPLES, FLORIDA., September 3, 2024 — Community oncology practice Florida Oncology and Hematology, a partner practice of American Oncology Network (AON) (OTCQX: AONC), is pleased to announce that patients now have an additional choice for hematology services in Collier County due to its continued expansion in Florida with a second new location opening in Naples and the addition of Board-certified hematologist Dr. Deborah Glick who has been practicing in Florida for more than 20 years. The addition of this clinic – located at 1890 SW Health Parkway, Suite 301 – offers Naples-area patients another opportunity to choose a community oncology practice that best suits their unique needs.

Dr. Glick is a Board-certified hematologist serving patients in Naples, Florida. She began practicing more than 20 years ago after earning her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completing an internal medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, and a fellowship in hematology at NewYork-Presbyterian /Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York.

“I am excited to join Florida Oncology and Hematology,” said Dr. Glick. “Florida Oncology and Hematology provides innovative and exceptional patient-centered care – the kind of care that I pride myself on delivering, and I am looking forward to collaborating with the talented physician team.”

The Florida Oncology and Hematology team now includes five medical oncologists across four Florida locations, including the other new Naples clinic that was announced last month where Dr. Zanetta Lamar and Dr. Ferdy Santiago are now accepting patients at 708 Goodlette-Frank Road N., Suite 200, Naples, FL 34102. The practice is committed to providing the community with innovative care for cancer and blood disorders that is delivered holistically based on research and evidence-based medicine. Florida Oncology and Hematology patients have access to a diverse range of services for diagnosis, treatment, clinical trials, survivorship, and patient support that are close to home, eliminating the need to travel long distances to receive care.

“We are pleased to welcome Dr. Glick to Florida Oncology and Hematology,” said Florida Oncology and Hematology medical oncologist Dr. Jose Alemar. “She is extraordinarily knowledgeable and committed to delivering top-notch patient-first care, which will further enhance our reputation for delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking forward to working with her.”

“On behalf of AON, I am excited to welcome Dr. Glick to Florida Oncology and Hematology and the network,” said Stephen “Fred” Divers, MD, AON’s chief medical officer. “Dr. Glick has been serving Florida patients for more than 20 years, and she has a reputation for providing outstanding, patient-first care. Patients – and our provider team – will benefit immensely from her impressive experience and her commitment to providing exceptional community-based care for cancer and blood disorders.”

Dr. Glick will begin accepting new patients at the Florida Oncology and Hematology Health Parkway clinic on September 4, 2024.
