INGREDIENTS
1¼ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of allspice
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ground clove
½ cup almond yogurt
2 pitted dates
2 crumbled graham crackers,
as garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small saucepan, combine almond milk and pumpkin
puree and then heat on low. - Add spices and whisk together while bringing the mixture to
a near boil. - Combine yogurt and dates in a blender and then add
warmed pumpkin mixture. - Blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture among four mugs and top with crumbled
graham crackers (or other garnish of your choice).
